Lateesha McDonald is ECA’s October 2016 Student of the Month. Lateesha was born in Arkansas but raised in Ohio. She plans to someday earn her Ph.D. and become an anesthesiologist. Her advice to other students is “Come to school every day. Stay focused. Have motivation to come here and get it done. Ask questions because teachers are here to help you.”
